By using this website, you agree not to share any content included in this website elsewhere on the internet or in the physical world without permission of Emin Tolukan.

 

Re-recording of the video classes is prohibited. The moment you are found to be sharing the lecture videos, you will be sued immediately, and you will be asked not to infringe (cease and desist)

Sharing your log-in information with others is prohibited. One account can only be used by one person, and in case an account is found to be shared between multiple people: it will be banned forever.

​

No paybacks will pe processed for those who infringe the rules in section 1.

Section 2: payment

​

The payment for the course is considered as "a payment for a freelance-service." The first two days after the day of payment are considered as the "trial period."

​

The official payment for the digital SAT video course of Emin Tolukan is 50 Euros. In case someone asks you to pay more, you must report to emintolukan.edu@gmail.com immediately. 

​

The payment for this course is not subject to refunds! The product that you are paying for is a "Full digital SAT video course." Being a non-physical product, you do not have the right to ask for a refund after a two-day trial period. 

​

This course is advertised as it is. No overly-exaggerative promises are made with respect to the results that an average high-school student with an average knowledge of English and Math should expect after fully completing this video course (i.e. watching all videos carefully, understanding all topics covered, and solving all practice problems). Therefore, no refunds after the trial period on the argument of "unmet expectations" can be demanded under this section.
